I'm Ashley, mom of 2, lover of chocolate and dogs, and ready to show you a new way to health and wellness.

After losing 65 lbs in my late 40s, I developed a solution to jump-start weight loss, for midlife moms who have "tried everything, but nothing works".

Once I uncovered what actually worked, it knew I needed to share it with women just like you.

The same solutions I bring to you have allowed me to maintain my weight loss in menopause, continue to feed my family, and now, to heal and live life as a breast cancer survivor.

I've combined my education as a MSW, a Certified Life Coach, plus 10+ years of personal experience, research, and testing. As a health and nutrition coach, I've successfully helped hundreds of women lose weight, gain energy, and optimize their health...even in the middle of perimenopause!

My husband (Asim) and I laugh constantly. Our love of laughter and music is what brought us together.

My kids are 18 years apart, and they have different dads. Our life is a bit unconventional, but we wouldn't have it any other way!

Suraya is funny, outgoing, a talented dancer, and absolutely loves art. She's is truly one amazing human being.

Jack is married, and they have a cute little squish (plus another on the way!) He is a sheriff's deputy, and is incredibly kind, smart, strong, and resilient.

I love dogs more than anything in the world. Our dog Rajah is a rescue. He has the most playful, loving, and smart spirit -- he fits right into our home!

I truly believe that healthy eating should taste amazing. Cookies are a part of that equation. Come to my house, and there will always be cookies.
